วิธีการสร้างแบบทดสอบออนไลน์ด้วย hot potatoes

สำหรับบทความในวันนี้ผมจะขอเกาะกระแสการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ผ่านระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือระบบ e-learning ด้วยการใช้ hot potatoes เพื่อแนะนำการสร้างแบบทดสอบง่ายๆ สำหรับปูพื้นฐานหรือจุดเริ่มต้นในการพัฒนาระบบการเรียนการสอนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ต่อไปครับ เรามาเริ่มกันเลยดีกว่าครับ หากใครไม่มีโปรแกรมสามารถดาวโหลดได้ฟรีที่ http://hotpot.uvic.ca/index.php#downloads

1 หลังจากดาวโหลดและติดตั้งเรียบร้อย ให้เราเปิดโปรแกรมขึ้นมาจะได้หน้าของโปรแกรมตามภาพครับ จากนั้นคลิกที่ JQuiz

2 จะเข้าสู่หน้าตาการสร้างข้อสอบแบบเลือกคำตอบถูกผิด บนช่อง Title ให้พิมพ์ข้อความชื่อแบบทดสอบ และช่อง Q1 ให้พิมพ์คำถามลงไป จากนั้นในช่องของคำตอบ ให้เราพิมพ์ตัวเลือกลงไปให้ครบทั้ง 4 ข้อ แล้วเลือกคลิกข้อที่ตอบถูกต้อง สำหรับ Feed back คือช่องที่เอาไว้แสดงโต้ตอบกับคนทำข้อสอบ เช่นหากตอบถูกให้แสดงคำว่า ถูกต้อง เก่งมากครับ เป็นต้น

3 คลิกที่ปุ่ม ลูกศรเล็กๆ ด้านหน้าของ Q1 เพื่อพิมพ์ข้อสอบข้อต่อไป จนครบตามที่เราต้องการ ตามตัวอย่างผมทำให้ดูแค่ 3 ข้อครับ

4 คลิกที่รูปแผ่นดิกส์ที่เมนูบาร์ เพื่อบันทึก หรือ save งานเก็บไว้ครับ (เราสามารถเปิดดูภายหลังเพื่อลบหรือเพิ่มได้ตามต้องการภายหลังครับ) โดยจะมีนามสกุลของไฟล์เป็น .jqz ครับ

5 การบันทึกออกไปเป็นแบบทดสอบสำหรับทดสอบบนเว็บ คลิกที่เมนู File> Create webpage>standard F6 คลิก save สังเกตว่าไฟล์ที่ได้จะมีรูปแบบ .html ซึ่งเราสามารถนำไปไว้หรือ upload ขึ้นไปที่เว็บ server จำลอง ของเราเองหรือของโรงเรียนในรูปแบบของระบบ LAN ภายในหรือ Intranet หรือจะเป็นระบบ Internet server จริงๆ ก็ได้ครับ

6 หลังจากคลิก save หรือบันทึกเป็นไฟล์เวบเพจแล้ว จะมีกรอบโต้ตอบแสดงขึ้นมาตามภาพ เราสามารถคลิกที่ view the exercise in my browser เพื่อไปดูผลงานหรือ Preview แบบทดสอบที่เราสร้างขึ้นมาได้ครับ

7 ตัวอย่างของแบบทดสอบที่เราสร้างขึ้นมา ถ้าเราคลิกปุ่มคำสั่งลูกศรด้านขวาของข้อ 1/3 จะเลื่อนไปข้อต่อไป ถ้าคลิก show all question จะแสดงคำถามทั้งหมดเรียงกันลงมา ขึ้นอยู่กับความชอบของเราครับว่าต้องการมุมมองแบบไหนครับ

คลิกที่เมนู scan จากนั้นด้านล่างจะมี option ในการ scan ให้เลือก 2 แบบ คือ smart scan เป็นการ scan เฉพาะจุดที่ไวรัสชอบไปหลบอยู่ครับ และอีกแบบคือ Full scan เป็นการ scan ทั้งเครื่องครับ เลือกแบบที่เราต้องการจากนั้นคลิกปุ่ม start เพื่อเริ่มการ scan ได้เลยครับ

วิธีการติดตั้งและใช้งาน Malwarebytes

1 หลังจากดาวโหลดมาแล้ว จะได้ไฟล์ชื่อ mbam-setup.exe ให้เราเปิดขึ้นมาตามภาพ จากนั้นคลิก Run

2 เป็นการเลือกภาษาในการใช้งาน ยังไม่มีภาษาไทยนะครับ ดังนั้นให้เราเลือก English แล้ว คลิก OK

3 จะเข้าสู่หน้าต้อนรับของโปรแกรม ให้เรา คลิก Next เพื่อเข้าสู่ขั้นตอนการติดตั้งโปรแกรมต่อไป

4 เงื่อนไขการใช้งานโปรแกรม คลิก I agree เพื่อยอมรับเงื่อนไขการใช้งานจากนั้นคลิก Next

5 แสดงรายละเอียดของโปรแกรมให้เราคลิก Next เพื่อเข้าสู่ขั้นตอนถัดไป
